Refund & Exchange Policy
OSGEN Network Services Inc. will honour all exchange and refund guarantees on our websites. However, due to our low-cost operations we charge a nominal administration fee of $5 for all refunds requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. Request for a reissue of a SSL certificate or an exchange of certificate to one of a higher value is free if the request is done within the specified time frame for the certificate.

Fraudulent payments
Payment transactions on this site are checked for authenticity and all information served from this site is logged and archived. Our order verification system includes, but not limited to, calling the credit card holder, and scrubbing IP addresses. However, it is impossible for any vendor online or otherwise to completely prevent fraud. If our payment processor informs us that a fraudulent payment was made we will proceed as follows:

• Cancel any outstanding orders and revoke all certificates that were delivered.

• Trace the person who made the transaction via our logs.

• Contact the relevant authorities in the country the perpetrator made the transaction from.

• Publish the fraudsters identity on our list of confirmed fraudsters.

THE OSGEN NETWORK SERVICES INC. PRODUCT/SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
